  "text": "In section 9 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (offences: penalties)—\n(a) for subsection (4) there is substituted—\n“(4) A person who is guilty of an offence under this section shall be liable—\n(a) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or a fine not exceeding £20,000, or both; or\n(b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or a fine, or both.”; and\n(b) in subsection (5) “on indictment” is omitted.",
