# Planning and Compensation Act 1991, Paragraph 30


In section 25(1) of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990—
(a) in paragraph (b)(v) for “175(1) to (4)” there is substituted “ 175(1) to (3) ”, and
(b) in paragraph (c) “(1) to (5) and (7)” is omitted.
