  "text": "(1) In section 43 (adoption of proposals) for subsections (1) and (2) there is substituted—\n“(1) Subject to the following provisions of this section and section 44, the local planning authority may by resolution adopt proposals for a local plan or for its alteration or replacement, either as originally prepared or as modified so as to take account of—\n(a) any objections to the plan; or\n(b) any other considerations which appear to them to be material.”\n(2) In subsection (4) of that section for “consider modifying” there is substituted “ modify ”.",
