# Planning and Compensation Act 1991, Paragraph 5


In section 14 (withdrawal of unitary development plan)—
(a) in subsections (2) and (4) for “13(3)” there is substituted “ 13(2) ”; and
(b) subsection (3) (concerning publicity) is omitted.
