# Planning and Compensation Act 1991, Paragraph 16


In section 112 (amount recoverable under section 111 and provisions for payment or remission of it) the following are omitted—
(a) in subsection (9), “new”;
(b) in subsection (12), paragraph (a); and
(c) in subsection (13), “paragraph (a) or paragraph (b) of”.
