# Planning and Compensation Act 1991, Paragraph 45


(1) In section 296, in subsection (1)(c) after “VII” there is inserted “ except sections 196A and 196B ”.
(2) In subsection (2)(a) of that section for “172” there is substituted “ 171C, 172, 173A, 183, 187A, 187B ”.
