Article 2 Provision coming into force on 22 February 2010 in relation to England and Wales

To the extent that it is not already in force, paragraph 3 of Schedule 6 to the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (amendments of the Planning Acts) shall come into force on 22 February 2010.
