Article 2 Provisions coming into force on 30 April 2012 in relation to Wales

Sections 40 and 41 of, and Schedule 1 to, the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 so far as not already in force, shall come into force in relation to Wales on 30 April 2012.
