  "text": "ACQUISITION OF LAND, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 23rd May 2007\nComing into force in accordance with article 1(1)\nA draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 122(6) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, and has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 110(2) and 122(3) of that Act:",
