  "text": "(1) Section 296 (exercise of powers in relation to Crown land) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1) for paragraph (a) there is substituted the following paragraph—\n“(a) a document, plan or strategy specified in subsection (1A) may include proposals relating to the use of Crown land;”.\n(3) After subsection (1) there is inserted the following subsection—\n“(1A) These are the documents, plans and strategies—\n(a) the regional spatial strategy (or a revision of it) within the meaning of Part 1 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004;\n(b) a local development document (or a revision of it) adopted or approved under Part 2 of that Act;\n(c) a local development plan (or a revision of it) adopted or approved under Part 6 of that Act;\n(d) the Mayor of London’s spatial development strategy (or any alteration or replacement of it) published in pursuance of section 337 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999.”",
