  "text": "In section 12 of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1968 after subsection (3) there is inserted the following subsection—\n“(4) If a person is entitled in respect of the same interest in land to a payment both—\n(a) by virtue of subsection (1), and\n(b) under section 33B of the Land Compensation Act 1973 (additional loss payment for agricultural land),\nsection 33H of that Act (only one payment to be made if a person has dual entitlement) applies.”",
