  "heading": "Corresponding amendments of other enactments",
  "text": "(1) This section applies to any enactment passed or made before or in the same session as the passing of this Act (other than an enactment amended by this Part) which makes provision—\n(a) in connection with the compulsory acquisition of an interest in land,\n(b) creating a power which permits the interference with or affectation of any right in relation to land, or\n(c) for the payment of any sum in connection with the acquisition, interference or affectation.\n(2) The Secretary of State may by order amend an enactment to which this section applies for the purpose of making provision which—\n(a) corresponds to provision made by this Part, or\n(b) applies any such provision or corresponding provision.",
