  "text": "(1) A local plan is revoked upon a new local plan for the local planning authority’s area being adopted or approved under this Part.\n(2) The Secretary of State—\n(a) may revoke a local plan at the request of the local planning authority;\n(b) may revoke a supplementary plan at the request of the relevant plan-making authority;\n(c) may prescribe descriptions of supplementary plan which may be revoked by the relevant plan-making authority themselves.",
