# Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025, Paragraph 7: Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023

In section 91 (interpretation of Chapter 1 of Part 3), in the definition of “relevant planning authority”, after paragraph (e) insert—
“(ea) a strategic planning authority (within the meaning given in section 12A of PCPA 2004),”.
