  "text": "(1) The enactments relating to compensation for the compulsory purchase of land apply—\n(a) with the modification specified in paragraph 18, and\n(b) with such other modifications as are necessary,\nin relation to the acquisition of new rights under section 89 as they apply to compensation for the compulsory purchase of land.\n(2) Sub-paragraph (1) is without prejudice to the generality of paragraph 8.",
