# Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025, Paragraph 5


Paragraph 3(2) is subject to any agreement which may be made (whether before or after the completion of the acquisition) between—
(a) Natural England, and
(b) the person—
(i) in whom the right or apparatus concerned is vested, or
(ii) to whom it belongs.
