  "text": "(1) Any person who suffers loss by the extinguishment of a right, or the vesting of any apparatus, under paragraph 3 is entitled to compensation from Natural England.\n(2) Any compensation payable under this paragraph is to be determined in accordance with the Land Compensation Act 1961.",
