# Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025, Paragraph 43


In section 100ZA (restrictions on power to impose planning conditions in England), in subsection (6), after “apply” insert
“—
(a) in relation to a condition that Natural England has requested under Part 3 of the Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025 (see sections 61(10) and 95 of that Act), or”.
