# Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025, Section 22: Applications for necessary wayleaves: fees

In Schedule 4 to the Electricity Act 1989 (other powers etc of licence holders), after paragraph 6 insert—
“Fees for applications under paragraph 6(3) to the Scottish Ministers
6A The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make provision about the fees to be paid to the Scottish Ministers in relation to an application made to them under paragraph 6(3).”
