  "heading": "Nature restoration levy: charging schedules",
  "text": "(1) An EDP must include one or more charging schedules which set out the rates or other criteria by reference to which the amount of nature restoration levy is to be determined for each kind of development to which the EDP applies.\n(2) Each charging schedule must relate to an environmental impact of development on an identified environmental feature.\n(3) The rates or other criteria must be set in accordance with nature restoration levy regulations (see sections 73 to 80).",
