# Planning (Consequential Provisions) Act 1990, Paragraph 10


In Schedule 4 to the Public Health Act 1961 for the second item in the Table there shall be substituted—
“
A building which is included in a list compiled or approved under section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
The Secretary of State.
”
