  "text": "(1) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(2) In section 108 of that Act—\n(a) in subsection (1) for paragraph (b) there shall be substituted—\n“(b) land to which section 215 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 applies;”;\nand for the words “the said Act of 1971” and “the said section 65” there shall be substituted respectively the words “the said Act of 1990” and “the said section 215”; and\n(b) in subsection (3) for the words from “Part III” to “or” there shall be substituted the words “Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1962 or”.\n(3) In section 112(3)(d) of that Act, for the words “section 65 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “section 215 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.\n(4) In section 141(2) of that Act, for the words “section 290(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “section 336(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.\n(5) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .",
