  "text": "In the Table in section 58(4)(c) of the Finance Act 1969, in the entry relating to the Town and Country Planning Act 1971—\n(a) in the first column for the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”; and\n(b) for the entry in the second column there shall be substituted the words “Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.",
