  "text": "(1) In section 5(2) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974, for the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.\n(2) In section 105(3) of that Act, for the words “subsection (7) of section 266 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “subsection (1) of section 293 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.",
