  "text": "(1) In section 12(1)(b) of the Health Services Act 1976, for the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.\n(2) In section 15(5) of that Act—\n(a) in the definition of “local planning authority”, for the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”;\n(b) in the definition of “planning permission”, for the words “the said Act of 1971” there shall be substituted the words “the said Act of 1990”.",
