# Planning (Consequential Provisions) Act 1990, Paragraph 49


In section 4(6) of the Zoo Licensing Act 1981, for the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” and “the said Act of 1971” there shall be substituted respectively the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1990” and “the said Act of 1990”.
