  "text": "In the Opencast Coal Act 1958—\n(a) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(b) in section 15(6) and (7) for the words “the Act of 1971” in each place where they occur there shall be substituted the words “the Act of 1990”;\n(c) in section 51(1)—\n(i) there shall be inserted at the appropriate place\n““the Act of 1990” means the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”; and\n(ii) in the definition of “planning permission” for the words “the Act of 1971” there shall be substituted the words “the Act of 1990”.",
