# Planning (Consequential Provisions) Act 1990, Paragraph 50


In paragraph 9 of Schedule 4 to the Transport Act 1981, for the words “section 290(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “section 262(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.
