# Planning (Consequential Provisions) Act 1990, Paragraph 59


In the definition of “planning permission” in section 5(1) of the Mobile Homes Act 1983, for the words “Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.
