# Planning (Consequential Provisions) Act 1990, Paragraph 60


In the definition of “conservation area” in section 33(8) of the National Heritage Act 1983, for the words “section 277 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990”.
