# Planning (Consequential Provisions) Act 1990, Paragraph 65


In section 7(9) of the London Regional Transport Act 1984, for the words “section 20 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “sections 27 and 54 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.
