  "text": "(1) In section 19(1) of the Building Act 1984, for the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.\n(2) In section 20(1) of that Act, for the words “Part III or IV of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “Part III or Part VIII of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 or the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990”.\n(3) In section 77(3) of that Act, for the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” and “orders” there shall be substituted respectively the words “the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990” and “notices”.\n(4) In section 79 of that Act—\n(a) in subsection (4), for the words “section 290(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “section 336(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”;\n(b) in subsection (5), for the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” and “orders” there shall be substituted respectively the words “the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990” and “notices”.",
