# Planning (Consequential Provisions) Act 1990, Paragraph 72


In paragraph 8(2) of Part II of Schedule 3 to the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986, for the words “section 30A(2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “section 336(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.
