# Planning (Consequential Provisions) Act 1990, Paragraph 76


In section 25(1) of the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads Act 1988, in paragraph (a) of the definition of “statutory undertaker” for the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.
