In section 192(5) of that Act for the words “section 266 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” and “subsection (7) of the said section 266” there shall be substituted respectively the words “section 293 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990” and “subsection (3) of the said section 293”.
