  "text": "In section 94 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989—\n(a) in subsection (1) for the words “section 212 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “sections 249 and 250 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”;\n(b) in subsection (2) for the words “subsection (2) or subsection (8) of that section” there shall be substituted the words “subsection (2) or subsection (6) of section 249”;\n(c) in subsection (4) for the words “subsection (2) of that section” and “subsection (5) of that section” there shall be substituted respectively the words “subsection (2) of section 249” and “subsection (1) of section 250”.",
