# Planning (Consequential Provisions) Act 1990, Paragraph 17


No sum may be recovered under section 58(4) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 or under subsection (7) of section 78 of that Act, as applied by section 80(7) of that Act, in respect of any grant made before that Act comes into force.
