# Planning (Consequential Provisions) Act 1990, Paragraph 10


In sections 85(1), 90(6)(a) and 92(2)(a) of that Act after “2(1) to (3)”, and in section 82(1) after “39(6)”, there shall be inserted “41(8)”.
