  "text": "(1) In section 78(1)(b) of the Planning and Compensation Act 1991, for “Schedule 24 to the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” substitute “ Schedule 15 to the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 ”.\n(2) In Part I of Schedule 18 to that Act, for the entries relating to the 1972 Act substitute the following—\n“\nSection 76 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997\nDate of order under section 65\nSection 77 of that Act\nDate permission is refused or granted subject to conditions\nSection 83 of that Act\nDate damage suffered or expenses incurred\nSection 95 of that Act\nDate of direction under section 92(3)\nSection 143 of that Act\nDate of service of stop notice\nSection 165 of that Act\nDate consent required by tree preservation order is refused or granted subject to conditions\nSection 166 of that Act\nDate requirement is imposed by planning authority or Secretary of State\nSection 185 of that Act\nDate expenses incurred\nSection 204(1) of that Act\nDate on which order takes effect\nSection 232 of that Act\nDate planning permission refused or granted subject to conditions\nParagraph 1 of Schedule 13 to that Act\nDate order made\nSection 25 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997\nDate of order under section 21\nSection 26 of that Act\nDate building preservation notice served\nSection 14 of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Act 1997\nDate of order revoking or modifying consent\nSection 17 of that Act\nDate of modification or revocation of consent\n”.",
