# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1997, Paragraph 50


In section 19(1)(c) of the Coal Mining Subsidence Act 1991, for “section 52 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” substitute “ section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997 ”.
