# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1997, Paragraph 51


In section 57(3) of the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 1991, for “section 102 or 110 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” substitute “ section 189 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 ”.
