# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1997, Paragraph 52


In section 31(7) of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992, for “section 278 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” substitute “ section 195 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 ”.
