# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1997, Paragraph 53


In section 10(1)(d) of the Protection of Badgers Act 1993, for “section 19(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” substitute “ section 26(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 ”.
