In section 216—
(a) in subsection (2)—
(i) in paragraph (a), omit “, if the land is in England,”;
(ii) omit paragraph (b) and the “or” before it;
(b) in subsection (6A)—
(i) in paragraph (a), in the words before sub-paragraph (i), omit “if the land is in England,”;
(ii) omit paragraph (b).
