  "text": "In section 275—\n(a) in subsection (1)(a), for the words from “be authorised” to “other enactment” substitute “make a relevant acquisition”;\n(b) in subsection (2)(a), for the words from “the acquisition” to “other enactment” substitute “a relevant acquisition”;\n(c) in subsection (3), for the words from “be authorised” to the end substitute “make a relevant acquisition”;\n(d) after subsection (5) insert—\n“(6) In this section “relevant acquisition” means—\n(a) an acquisition of any land by a Minister other than the Welsh Ministers, or by a local authority, under Part 9 or Part 10 or under Chapter 5 of Part 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990;\n(b) a compulsory acquisition of land in England by a Minister other than the Welsh Ministers or by a local authority under any other enactment;\n(c) a compulsory acquisition of land in England by a Welsh local authority or the Welsh Ministers under any enactment other than Part 10 or 11 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026 or Chapter 5 of Part 3 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023;\n(d) a compulsory acquisition of land in England by a statutory undertaker under any enactment.\n(7) In subsection (6) “Welsh local authority” means a local authority within the meaning given by section 408(1) of the Planning (Wales) Act 2026.”",
