# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 181: Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (c. 8)

In section 324—
(a) in subsection (1)—
(i) in paragraph (a), omit “or a local development plan under Part 6 of that Act”;
(ii) omit paragraph (ba) (inserted by paragraph 21 of Schedule 4 to PWA 2015);
(iii) in paragraph (c), if paragraph 12 of Schedule 11 to LURA 2023 is in force, for “sections 93H, 94 and 96” substitute “section 93H”;
(b) omit subsection (1BA).
