# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 188: Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (c. 8)

(1) Schedule 5 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 3(5), in the definition of “the Minister”—
(a) in paragraph (a), omit “in relation to England,”;
(b) omit paragraph (b) and the “and” before it.
(3) In paragraph 4—
(a) in sub-paragraphs (1)(b), (2)(b), (3), (4) and (4A), for “appropriate body” substitute “Forestry Commission”;
(b) omit sub-paragraph (6).
