  "text": "(1) Schedule 8 is amended as follows.\n(2) Omit paragraph 1(4).\n(3) Omit paragraph 3(5).\n(4) In paragraph 5—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (3), omit “in England”;\n(b) omit sub-paragraph (3ZA);\n(c) in sub-paragraph (4), omit the words from “in England” to “in Wales,”.\n(5) In paragraph 6—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (a), omit “in the case of a matter affecting England only,”;\n(b) omit sub-paragraphs (b) and (c).\n(6) In paragraph 7—\n(a) for “second, third or fourth columns” substitute “second column”;\n(b) in the Table—\n(i) for the heading of the second column substitute “Responsible Minister or Ministers”;\n(ii) omit the third and fourth columns (headed “Affecting Wales only” and “Affecting both England and Wales”).",
