(a) in subsection (1A) (inserted by paragraph 9(b) of Schedule 6 to LURA 2023)—
(i) in paragraph (a), omit “in the case of an authority in England,”;
(ii) omit paragraph (b) and the “or” before it;
(b) omit subsection (2A).
