# Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 95: Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (c. 8)

In section 172(1)(b), if paragraph 10 of Schedule 6 to LURA 2023 is in force—
(a) in sub-paragraph (i), omit “in the case of an authority in England,”;
(b) omit sub-paragraph (ii) and the “or” before it.
